All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible; we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.

3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Cairo and Giza, Egypt. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. A flat shipping fee applies to all orders as shown at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the courier.

5. Payment
We accept payment via card (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza, and mobile wallets) through our payment provider, as well as Cash on Delivery. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
