How to Return or Exchange
Step 1
Head to our Returns & Exchanges portal. Enter the email or phone number you used at checkout along with your order number, then click Next to begin.
Step 2
Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. Choose a reason, leave a short note, and if you're exchanging, pick your preferred size or colour.
Step 3
Upload a clear photo of each item with the tag clearly visible. Your request is only approved once the tag photo is provided.

IMPORTANT
Make sure the tag is still attached — visible, uncut, and hanging from the item. Items returned worn, washed, or without tags will not be accepted. All returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
