Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MSKD, we want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after 14 days cannot be processed.

Condition of Items

To be eligible, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing tags will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Visit our Returns & Exchanges portal and enter the email or phone number used at checkout along with your order number. Select the item(s), choose a reason, and upload a clear photo of the item with the tag attached. Your request is approved once the photo and tag are verified.

Shipping Fees

Return and exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. MSKD only covers return shipping if the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

If the size or colour you want is out of stock, a team member will reach out to you. The exchange process usually takes 6–8 business days once approved.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method for card orders within 3–6 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or via Instapay, as there is no card to refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or handed to our courier. To request a cancellation, email us at support@mskd-wear.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be treated as a standard return once delivered, subject to the return conditions above. Cancellation requests are approved at MSKD's discretion. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds from an approved cancellation are issued as store credit or via Instapay.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us right away and we'll cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.
