Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 1–3 working days across Cairo and Giza via our courier partner, Bosta.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Cairo and Giza only. We're working on expanding to more governorates soon.
How much is shipping?
A flat rate of 100 EGP applies to all orders, regardless of size.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email.
PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Meeza) and mobile wallets through our secure checkout, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on all orders within our delivery area.
Can I open the package before paying?
Yes, you're welcome to open and inspect your order at the time of delivery. Please keep the original ziplock packaging intact and undamaged, as items must be returned in their original packaging should you wish to request a return or exchange.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, for items unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Start a request through our Returns & Exchanges portal.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return and exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Head to our Returns & Exchanges portal, select your item, and choose your preferred size. If it's out of stock, our team will reach out to you.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–6 business days of us receiving the item. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or via Instapay.
PRODUCT & FIT
How do MSKD pieces fit?
All MSKD pieces are cut oversized by design. If you prefer a closer fit, we recommend sizing down.
What are the pieces made of?
Our tops are 95% cotton, 5% elastane single jersey — lightweight with a touch of stretch. Full composition is listed on each product page.
How do I care for my pieces?
Machine wash cold, do not tumble dry, and iron inside out to keep them looking their best.
